The Kohly Center has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

The Kohly Center team treats children, young adults, adults and seniors with a wide range of rehabilitation needs. At the Kohly Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation the goal is to provide quality care that is outcome oriented combining professional excellence with compassionate concern for the whole person.

The Kohly Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Patients are usually given an appointment within 48 hours.
