Mercy Hospital offers an array of services even before the patient arrives for medical treatment. Its services including: coordination of hospital appointments via centralized scheduling and registration, insurance verification and authorization, and financial counseling. The multilingual staff is specially trained to deal with the unique needs of international patients and their families and is firmly dedicated to ensuring individualized assistance prior to the patient’s arrival and upon their return home.

Patient Access Department
The Patient Access Department is located on the first floor in the Admitting Department in front of elevator A in the hospital’s main building. International patients are welcome to visit Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or may call (305) 285-2735 for inquiries or to make an appointment.
