STUDY TITLE: A Phase 2 Neoadjuvant Trial Comparing the Biological Effects of 2 Weeks of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) in Combination with Anastrozole to those of Abemaciclib Monotherapy and Anastrozole Monotherapy and Evaluating the Clinical Activity and Safety of a Subsequent 14 Weeks of Therapy with Abemaciclib in Combination with Anastrozole in Postmenopausal Women with Hormone Receptor Positive, HER2 Negative Breast Cancer

This research study being done to see how safe an investigational drug Abemaciclib is and how well it will work to help people with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor negative (HER2-) breast cancer.

Study Title:

The purpose of this research study is to gather information to determine if oncology patients offered nutritional support by a Registered Dietician maintain their body weight better than patients provided Standard of Care nutritional support by their Physician and Nursing Staff.
